History:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
WinEZ 3.1a - 2/5/93:
* This release fixes the problem reported by WordPerfect for Windows users.
The rebuilding of the WinEZ Power Menu correctly supports the WP for
  Windows group items.

* This release fixes the problem of 'system hang' when a key is pressed while
  the WinEZ menu is displayed.

* If you are experiencing the problem of the WinEZ icons not appearing but
the WinEZ menus are working correctly, it may mean that some messages are
not being recognized. The application queue size may have to be increased.
To increase the application queue size, you will need to modify the WIN.INI
file. Under the [windows] section, locate the keyword DefaultQueueSize.
If it is not found, then you will need to add it under the [windows]
  section.

  eg. (WIN.INI)

  [windows]
  DefaultQueueSize=22

By default, the DefaultQueueSize is 8. The maximum value can be 32.
The actual value may depend on the current work load. A value of 22 or
  greater seems to work fine.

* If for any reason you need to move a window using the mouse, but the WinEZ
icons are completely covering the title bar, Hold down the Ctrl key while
pressing the left mouse button over the WinEZ icons. When the Ctrl key
is held down when using the mouse buttons, WinEZ will ignore the mouse
and pass the control directly to the window.
