BVINST.EXE is an alternate way to install BVSP 1.0 for those who
cannot use the standard install program. While it is more
limited in scope than the standard install, it should be able
to get a user "Up and Running."

DIRECTIONS:

1) Copy all three BVSP installation disks to a single directory
on your hard drive (preferably a local one if you are installing
    to a network.

2) Run, from the directory to which this file and the others was
unzip'ed, the command "bvinst". Enter the information
requested. When asked for a full path name, that includes
the drive letter and leading slash. For example,
    "c:\windows". Case does not matter.

You will need write permissions to both the directories where
Windows is installed and where BVSP will be.

3) To install the icons, copy the files "bc4grps.exe" and "groups.vsp"
to your Windows directory. Then, using the File|Run command from
the Program Manager, run the command:

            bc4grps groups.vsp d:\bvsp

Note that you must change "d:\bvsp" to reflect the directory where
you chose to install the Visual Solutions Pack.

4) The Visual Solution Pack should now be installed. To load
the custom controls, see page 3 of the Visual Solutions Pack
    User's Guide.

MAJOR LIMITATIONS:

BVSP must be installed from a harddrive.

The icon for the ODBC Administrator is incorrect. This can
be changed by selecting the properties, and then "change
    icon" from the Program Manager.

The ODBC Administrator is not correctly configured. This is
    being worked on.
