MIDIBars is a Windows 3.1 Multimedia Extensions aware application for the 
IBM PC clone.

MIDIBars provides a VGA resolution screen containing 16 Faders and 16 
Buttons which control various MIDI programmable controllers (i.e. Program 
change, Volume, etc.)

MIDIBars is SHAREWARE, costing just $25.00 US to register.

To install MIDIBars:

1) move the unzipped MIDIBars.EXE and MIDIBars.HLP files to a directory
   of your choice.

2) Start Windows (if not already started)

3) Open the Program Manager group you want to add MIDIBars into.

4) Select FILE/NEW from the Program Manager Main Menu.

5) Choose Program Item.

6) Fill in the screen: Name              = MIDIBars
                       Program           = MIDIBARS.EXE
                       Working Directory = the directory where you place
                                           MIDIBars.EXE and MIDIBars.HLP
                       
                       Click on OK (MIDIBars will supply the ICON).

7) Now double click on the new MIDIBars Icon to run the program.

8) All MIDIBars Help is on-line (select HELP/HELP from the MIDIBars main
   menu)

9) Enjoy!
