                                 SOUNDCHANGER
                               for Windows (tm)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
                                                  Version 1.0, June 3, 1994

                                                           by Colin Knowles
                                                   CompuServe ID: 72152,201

SoundChanger randomly changes your Starting and Ending
Windows sounds every time you run Windows.

USAGE
-----

Put a program item in your StartUp group running:

	  <path where you put SndChng)\SNDCHNG

The program will ask you for the appropriate directories.

If you wish to change your choices later, either run
'SNDCHNG /s' or edit the [SoundFlipper] section of WIN.INI

Requires the free Visual Basic Runtime VBRUN300.DLL, which is
probably available from wherever you got SoundChanger.

DISCLAIMER

IF YOU DON'T LIKE SOUNDCHANGER....
----------------------------------

...just delete SNDCHNG.EXE, SNDCHNG.TXT, and the [SoundFlipper]

  item in your StartUp group.

VERSION HISTORY
---------------

  1.0 June 3, 1994 Wrote it.

WHAT I HOPE TO INCLUDE IN FUTURE VERSIONS
-----------------------------------------

o A complete sound management program (pretty much like
the Sound section of Control Panel, but easier and more
convenient to use, with simple file management functions.)

ALSO AVAILABLE
--------------

WALLFLIPPER (WALLFLIP.ZIP)- A really easy to use and attractive
wallpaper management program, with a wallpaper changer.
Available in the Windows Fun Forum on CompuServe, and probably
  elsewhere. Also freeware. Wow, eh?
