  About PM Fonts
  --------------

  Welcome to PM Fonts Chooser, Shareware Version 1.10! PM Fonts (for short)
  is a Program Manager customization utility for Microsoft Windows, Version
  3.1 or later. (Sorry, this application will not work with Windows
  3.0 or earlier.) Start PM Fonts, and click on the "Choose New" button
  to change your Progman icon titles to a new font. If you make a mistake,
  or get tired of the novelty, click on "Choose Default" to restore the
  Windows standard font.

  Installation
  ------------

  The archive file you extracted, PMFNTS.ZIP, contains this file
  and the file PFV110S.ZIP. Copy PFV110S.ZIP to a temporary directory,
  and "unzip" it. It will create the following files:

    Name            Size    Date     Time
  ------------  --------  -------- --------
  PMFONTS.EXE      12600  02-26-94  12:49a
  CMDIALOG.VBX     18688  04-28-93  12:00a

  Copy PMFONTS.EXE to your Microsoft Windows default directory, normally
  named \WINDOWS.  CMDIALOG.VBX is a required support file for PM Fonts;
  copy it to your \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. We recommend the use of the
  Windows File Manager for these tasks, and would NOT overwrite a file
  of the same name but with a later date.

  One additional support file is required to use PM Fonts 1.10: VBRUN300.DLL,
  the runtime module for Visual Basic 3.0. If you use any other Visual Basic
  3.0 programs, you have this file, probably in your \WINDOWS or
  \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. Otherwise, VBRUN300.DLL is available from the
  same BBS, on-line system or software distributor where you obtained
  PMFNTS.EXE.

  To execute PM Fonts, add its icon to a Program Manager Program Group, or
  click on PMFONTS.EXE in File Manager.

  NOTES ABOUT THIS VERSION
  ------------------------

  1. PM Fonts was inspired by Brian Livingston's March, 1993 "Optimizing
      Windows" column. Brian revealed the manual way to perform this
      Program Manager customization, but PM Fonts is safer and quicker for
      most users.

  2. Another useful hint from Brian's column: once you have a satisfactory
      group layout in the Program Manager, you can save the arrangement
      WITHOUT exiting Windows by holding down the shift key and clicking
      on "Exit Windows" under the Progman "File" menu. Works like a charm!
      No more "Save Settings on Exit"!

   3. PM Fonts is especially suited for presentations to groups - choose a
      larger and bolder font to allow those in the back to read your titles.
      Or, if you have a lot of icons, choose a smaller or narrower font to
      fit more icons on a line.

   4. Another possible use for this utility is to help the vision-impaired
      use Windows.  If used in this manner, the registration fee is waived;
      we would like a letter however, so we might add you to our user base.

 You can also look for other VB Expressions utilities: Desktop Assistants
 like Draggin' Viewer, a drag-and-drop file viewer/program launcher;
 Printer's Daemon, a drag-and-drop file printing utility; and Trash Free-K!,
 a drag-and-drop file deletion utility. Smartclp is a Windows Clipboard
 enhancer, and PM Group Sorter, that allows you to choose the order
 of your Program Manager Groups. Good stuff (if we may say so ourselves!)
